2-1-1

Call 2-1-1 for information and referral to community and social services, such as employment, training, health clinics, ESL classes, financial assistance programs or counselling services. 211 is free, confidential, multilingual and available 24-hours a day. You do not have to give your name or personal details to get information.

3-1-1

Dial 3-1-1 for information about municipal programs and services, such as recreational programs, library system, snow removal, and transit. It is a multilingual, free service available during business hours. Call 3-1-1 between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, and a Customer Service Advisor will assist with your call.
